Item Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, provided the items are in perfect condition, with original tags, and unused.
A proof of purchase and a return form are required to validate the return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Report any defects within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (unless caused by improper use).
Items must be returned in resalable condition with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the chosen method (postal order or bank transfer) after the return is validated.

- Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.
- Returns without a form or proof of purchase will not be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless due to an error on our part.
