1) Return the items in their original packaging.

2) Fill out the return form.

Complete the form with the correct information.

3) Include a copy of the sales receipt.

Add the receipt and specify your refund method.

Item Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, provided the items are in perfect condition, with original tags, and unused.

A proof of purchase and a return form are required to validate the return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report any defects within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (unless caused by improper use).

Items must be returned in resalable condition with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the chosen method (postal order or bank transfer) after the return is validated.
